Michelle Bennett, PT
Michelle Bennett graduated from McGill University with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. She currently holds a certificate in the first level of manual therapy, peripheral manipulations and the treatment of running injuries. She has had experience managing both neurological conditions such as concussions, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and orthopedic cases such as ligament sprains, joint pains, muscle strains, motor vehicle accidents, and spinal issues (disc herniation, neck pain, low back pain, sciatica).
Furthermore, Michelle has had experience with high level athletes as a student therapist at McGill University with the Varsity Basketball and Football teams as well as treating geriatric cases at Saint-Anne’s Veteran’s Hospital. She has also worked as a first responder at local sporting events with the St-Lazare Stallions. She played college-level basket-ball before transitioning to running and participating in classes at the local gym.
